Théâtre de l’Alauda, dramatic company of the Velay region

Based in the small region of the Velay, in the south of the Massif Central, in the Haute-Loire département, the company draws on the mountain culture of this rural area of 5,000 km² for its theatre shows: a land where the terrain, the cold, the snow and the winter leave a deep mark, with their harshness and constraints, on the history and present of the people who live there.
