These theatrical tours take place at five sites chosen in the Gévaudan region around the commune of Saugues. Spectators, aboard a bus, set off on a journey in search of the story of “the Beast”. Sometimes the scenes recount, in 18th-century style (costumes and language), this astonishing and frightening story that left a lasting mark on this mountain region. Other scenes present, in a contemporary light, a present-day approach to this story that has become, for everyone, a true myth
