You will get to know a charming old lady, born in the countryside on a farm near the Mézenc, forced like many others to leave the area at the age of 16.
Leaving the “homeland”, the town and work, marriage, the social success of the children, retirement, travels, the hospital, the bank account, succession and inheritance… Today Odette remembers and tells her story… A journey suspended between yesterday and today, between memories and realities, she shares her stretch of the road, from the small ups and downs of her daily life to the most extraordinary events that have marked her life.
Confronted with the equally frenetic and countless changes of present-day society, Odette lets us see and hear her reflections and her questions about the “world” she lives in! But to the questions she asks herself, do we have answers? And do her questions not join our own?
